Dr. Kim Chang was born and raised in Vancouver. She completed medical school at the University of British Columbia and then family medicine residency at the University of Toronto, based out of The Toronto Western Hospital. After enjoying many years of working in Toronto’s various vibrant neighbourhoods, she moved back to Vancouver in 2010. She is very happy to be a part of the team at Forward Care Medical Clinic.
